The ATAP Central Resource Center for Assistive Technology provides information, referrals, demonstrations, and technical assistance to individuals with questions regarding assistive technology. The Center coordinates a library of informational sources and provides demonstrations of assistive technology.

The ATAP Resource Center for Children and Youth targets the needs of children up to the age of 21. Parents, children and school personnel can "try out" assistive technology through presentations via this resource center.

The Ocean State Center for Independent Living works to improve the life experience for people with disabilities by promoting self-direction and integration into the community and provides a wide range of services to help meet these goals. OSCIL works with individuals to acquire appropriate devices and provide training on the use of those devices to enhance the individual’s independence within their home and community.

Adaptive Telephone Equipment Loan Program (ATEL) provides equipment to qualified individuals who have hearing and/or speech impairments, or who suffer from neuromuscular damage or disease, to enable them to use the telephone.

Rhode Island Council on Assistive Technology (RICAT)

RICAT is the advisory board to the ATAP project. RICAT members are predominately AT users who advocate for legislative and other changes in the system to increase the access to AT for individuals with disabilities.
