The RI Department of Human Services/Office of Rehabilitation Services (ORS) can assist Rhode Islanders who apply for programs at ORS to register to vote.  You can also print and mail it in yourself.  See below:

• English voter registration form
  
  This is a fillable form.  Complete the form on your computer, print it, sign it, and mail it to your local Board of Canvassers.  Please read and follow the instructions on the form.  If you have any questions refer to Frequently Asked Questions.
• Spanish voter Registration form
  
  Este formulario se puede ll enar en su computadora.  Imprime el formulario, firma, y envialo a su Board of Canvassers local.  Por favor sigue los instrucciones en el formulario.  Si tienes algunas preguntas, por favor revisas la seccion de Frequently Asked Questions (ingles).
